On August 11th and 12th, agitators converged to condemn Confederated statues and the white dominant who support them. As they were parading, a vehicle drove in the crowd, to kill Heather Heyer and wounded not less than other 19 people.
“I will like people to know that Heather did not marched alone,” Heyer’s mother, Susan Bro, spoke at the VMAs 15 days after her daughter’s demise. “She was always with people from all races and background in the country.”
The money realised from the Charlottesville concert will be directed to victims of the attack and their families, 1st responders, and attached domestic and national peace organizations.
