Mesut Ozil has advised fans to “ignore the noise” amidst announcement associating him with leaving for Manchester United.

Many newspapers had published the German player has told his Arsenal colleagues he’ll be moving to Old Trafford in January, owing to his contract at the Emirates ending in the summer.

Arsene Wenger maintained Ozil will remain “100% devoted” to the Gunners in as long he’s still at the club, informed Sky Sports that Ozil has “a social contract with his team members”.

Ozil has finaly given an official response to the speculation around his future on social media, stating he’s focused only on Arsenal’s match against Everton on Sunday.

 

He tweeted: “Ignore the noise and stay focused.”
