Katy Perry fans, there are good and bad news from your girl concerning her future Witness tour.
Delays in production have left Perry with no choice but to chase away the organised September 7 launching date of her tour.
The American leg now start off on September 19th in Montreal, Canada. Six shows were extended owing to the delays, however purchased tickets are accepted at the rescheduled dates or refunded.

Perry showed her remorse to her fans in her Instagram post, writing, “Due to inevitable production delays, major components of my tour stage style couldn’t be accessible for me to practice on till this week. I’ll spend next weeks carfully to properly prepare the show to be an experience i’m proud to share with you. i am sorry any discomfort this results, however hope everyone who sees the show can acknowledge it absolutely was worth the wait.”
In spite of the unexpected delay, things are not all doom and gloom. Better said, Perry displayed her spectacular gang of opening acts: VMA Best New artist candidate, Noah Cyrus, Witness associate Purity Ring, and pop icon Carly Rae Jepsen. Cyrus should be on the tour from Sept 10th all through November 1st, next is Purity Ring from November 7th to December 20th, and Jepsen surface from Jan 5th through Feb 5th.
