Justice League is tracking to have the second biggest opening weekend at the Global box office of any DC Films segment.
The Zack Snyder-directed movie is almost upon us after the cast has officially show it for the first time in Los Angeles on Monday night.
With the many gossipers and Journalist who have already seen it giving their initial thoughts on it being a great time at the cinema.
This good word of mouth is require to only attract more people to the cinema once Justice League finally rolls out this Friday.
The movie will make first first appearance in the United States and in many other region around the world including one of the biggest comic book movie markets, China.
Deadline Stated that Justice League could be earning $325 Million to $355 Million in ticket sales all over the world this coming weekend, making it the second largest opening pull for a DC Films project, and aptly so given that it is the first time Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Aquaman and The Flash are all featured in one movie.
Categorising it with other box office openings inside the comic book/superhero film genre, the proposed number will result to the DC long topping Warners’ Suicide Squad ($267 Million) and Fox’s Deadpool ($264.7 Million) and land just under Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3 ($372.5 Million). At home, it is tracking to pocket a huge $120 Million and $215 Million -$235 Million globally on its debut weekend.
Saying that Justice League‘s production was difficult is an understatement.
A large number was riding on the movie even before it went through all the kerfuffle of Joss Whedon stepping international for re-shoots, since it is supposed to harden DC’s plan for an interconnected movie series.
It did not help that the disagrement of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad threw people off of the shooting franchise.
However, Lucikly Warners scored a win with Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman, which served as a palate cleanser in preparation for the upcoming blockbuster.
Despite what the movie has went through, it is admittedly hard to resist the temptation to see all these iconic superheroes band together for the first time on the big screen.
Even people behind the project wanted people to enjoy Justice League as it is and not worry themselves with the problem it had behind-the-scenes.
Despite it all, the movie appear to have control all the tests thrown at it and if it was able to power through the difficulty it was subjected to.
